Seller reviewShe was very detailed in what she envisioned our sales experience would go. Friendly but very professional. Another factor was what she said in her short bio on USAA website...I felt an immediate reassurance she would do a Great Job, and she has. We are using her to purchase our next home as well because of our experience with her. The first day she placed it on the market, we had two interested parties come out and look at it that night...one of whom, brought the house. Kimberly did a Great Job getting it out on the market via websites and walked us through the entire process of selling it. She went Above and Beyond our expectations...that's why we are using her again to purchase our next home.
