Kimberly Lease is amazing! She is always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to do anything she can to help. My only criticism is that she is too committed to her job. She is the best realtor ever! We were blessed to have Kimberly as our realtor years ago and always call on her for any of our real estate needs.

Kimberly is fantastic! We used her to buy the same home that she sold for us about 8 years ago. We remembered how great she was when we purchased and I knew that she'd understand how critical it was to help get the home sold quickly. She helped us get the house sold in less than a week. Kimberly is an extremely knowledgeable agent who was an absolute pleasure to work with in the purchase of our new home. As out of town buyers, we only had 2 days to view homes during our trip to Daniel Island. Prior to our visit, we spoke regularly about homes on the market, market conditions and how to make the best use of our short visit. During our visit, Kimberly was incredibly prepared, orgainized and efficient. She has incredible knowledge of the Daniel Island and Charleston area, and has a fantastic network of resources in the area (contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, etc). During the offer phase, she made recomendations but was never pushy or "salesy." Throughout the process, Kimberly answered emails within minutes or hours, and was always just a phone call away. My husband and I always felt as though we had a true advocate on our side, not just an agent looking to close quickly. We will certainly work with Kimberly again and would recommend her to the highest degree!

Kimberly could not have been more helpful. She always had her eyes open for any concerns that we may have missed as we were distracted by pretty and shiny homes. She stood behind us even if she did not totally agree and she fought with us until the end. She was knowledgeable regarding contacts/resources who could help us with specific home related fixes/repairs/inspections/etc. I have already recommended Kimberly to another friend. Even after that she took it upon herself to ensure we had one of the top inspectors arranged within 24 hours. Her keen eye to detail pointed out so many things that me and my husband would've missed and even cost us hundreds if not thousands of dollars to fix! Best realtor experience we have had!
