Kimberly Lease was my saving grace during my home buying experience. I had a lot of bumps along the way with the house and repairs but Kimberly always made sure I was taken care of and that my best interests were being met. She fought for me the entire way from making sure I got the home I wanted; to the half hour before closing when the final approval on repairs got signed! I can not say enough about how wonderful she is as a person and agent. I would never consider going to anyone else but Kimberly. It's very comforting knowing that you are safe with her and that she will make sure you are taken care. She is kind, trustworthy, and so hard working. She gives all of herself to you while she's working with you and you never get less. She is open and honest about issues or concerns she sees with the properties you are looking at (and she also recommends amazing contractors and home inspectors!) This is the 3rd home my wife and I have purchased in the past 5 years and I can say with confidence that Kimberly was by far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. The sellers of the home we purchased made the process very difficult and without Kimberly I do not think there is any way we could have closed on the home as successfully as we did. There were times during our purchase process that the sellers knowingly breeched the contract and Kimberly navigated those difficulties wonderfully and made certain we received everything we had agreed to. Kimberly made sure to represent me and my interests before everything else. Even though I am sure Kimberly had other clients at the time, my wife and I always felt like we were the most important client she had.
