We had the pleasure of finding our home through Kimberly previously and were thrilled to use her talents to sell that same home. Kimberly is a pistol! She showed up to our home with a full marketing plan and all of her ducks in a row, which is completely typical of her. We were skeptical placing our house on the market for the price she recommended, but her research and optimism were not unfounded and we sold for our asking price. Kimberly is simply the best at what she does. Kimberly helped us pick our dream Charleston home and she sold it quickly when we were ready to move from Charleston. During both experiences, we felt we had family on her side, not just an agent. She was compassionate to our wants and needs and really listened to us. Kimberly kept us very well informed of the process since this was a short sale. Kimberly had to get supporting documentation to accept the sale price on the contract since the BPO was much higher from the agent the bank hired.
