I have had the immense fortune to work with Kimberly, as both a buyer and a seller, in six real estate transactions. I would not consider buying or selling a house in Charleston without her expertise. She's simply the best.

The seller's realtor even reached out to let us know how impressed they were with everything that was included in my offer and that the little details that Kimberly included were the reason why my bid won. I'm a happy first time home buyer and will definitely be reaching out to Kimberly again for any future purchases or sales!

Kimberly is an amazing realtor! So knowledgeable! Will help with the whole process! Will be there to negotiate and also to help with anything you don't understand with the process.
