Kim was absolutely amazing. She knew and understood exactly what we were looking for. She was always responsive with our calls and questions. She truly cared about us and always had wonderful suggestions and guidance throughout the whole process. She really went the extra mile for us. This process was made so pleasant because of her. Kim is great at what she does that the homeowner asked for her business card at the closing table because they saw how wonderful she was with us.

She were extremely helpful. She answered all of our emails and phone calls. Even when we sent 100 emails a day. She had answers to everything. Knew about all what neighborhoods we were looking into. She never gave up. Kim helped us get into the perfect house in the town we wanted. We will be recommending her to everyone we know.
