Seller reviewWe has complete trust in Kimberly's guidance and had a great working relationship. She was so in tune with our wants and needs. It could not have been smoother. The house was marketed and priced just right o entice potential buyers to bid higher than asking. It was more a consideration of Kimberly Realtor skills than a consideration of Century 21 because she was so knowledgeable and personable.

Seller reviewIt is the second time that I worked with Kimberly Sethavanish and will definitely contact her if we decide to move back in the area. Dealing with the tenants departure, difficult location and a housing market slowly sliding into a recession was not an easy task. But Kimberly has managed the project from beginning to end without us having to be physically present. I do not think I would have been able to sold the house at that price without her expertise. The commission that Kimberly Sethavanish received for this sale was well deserved and will highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell a house in the Sonoma county.

She does not pressure you into making an offer and encourages you to follow your heart while offering useful expert advice on what items are negotiable.
