Seller reviewThey say two heads are better than one, and in this case, I can't imagine a single person being as effective as the duo of Kimberly and James. They made sure my property was looking its best, got me a great price, and were so much help along the way. In fact, many of my friends don't believe me when I tell them how hard they worked for me. I was very happy to have found Kimberly, and I would highly recommend her.

Buyer reviewI recieved a 60 day notice from my landlord and wanted to buy a home. Knowing that escrow takes about 30 days, my husband and I put our best foot forward. Kimberly took us to properties nearly every day. We tried to keep all options open. We found a few homes, wrote offers, but we were out bid by all cash investors. My husband and I began to feel discouraged. We finally got an offer accepted due to Kinberly's creativity. She did her homework and knew what the seller was looking for and used that in our offer. We entered escrow, but the house did not appraise for what we had offered. This glitch did not stop Kimberly. She worked well into the evening, past 8:00pm, to negotiate the next steps. While she worked on this, I was online looking for an apartment to rent, thinking we would fall out of escrow. I was fearful that my family would have no where to live. Kimberly pulled a rabbit out of her hat and was able to negotiate a new price. It was a blessing for us, because Kimberly negotiated a lower price! Kimberly is a genius! My family is so thankful to her.
