I have a wide range of experince and have assisted clients with military relocation, corporate moves, first time buying, estate sales, waterfont property, and downsizing.

I am a Native of Newport News and a graduate of the University of Virginia. I developed a passion early on for the real estate industry growing up with both of my parents in the real estate business. I enjoy family time and traveling with my husband, two children, and dog. Porfessionally, I have earned my Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. I am most proud of being awarded the VPAR Sales Team of Year in 2012 while working with my Mom and being individually awarded VPAR Realtor of the Year in 2014.

Seller reviewI called Kimi based on another house on our street with her sign in their yard. To this day I don't know how I got so lucky. I thought I would have to spend time calling several real estate companies to be able to pick the right agent. After meeting her for first time, I knew she was the one. She is such a wonderful person with the right mix of professionalism and warmth. She stayed on top of the job and was supportive during the whole process. What I really liked about working with her is that she is a problem solver along with being a great communicator. She always kept me in the loop and I knew exactly what was going on. I could not have sold my father's house without her! Kimi did an amazing job of getting the house on the market quickly. The house sold in 3 days. We had a problem with one of the inspections but Kimi was on top of it and got it resolved that day! I knew then that I had picked the right agent. Kimi is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is all of the above and more. Having to sell my father's home, as his trustee, after he passed was a daunting task. Kimi stood by me every step of the way. She was a godsend.
