She is extremely knowledgeable with the housing process and helps explain things in laments terms. She is always positive and upbeat which is infectious. I wouldn't have Kimsley change a thing. Seller reviewAfter a couple of not-so-great realtor experiences we had in the past, I was not looking forward to the process of selling our home. Warren brought Kimsley's card home one day as he had met her at a Ryan Homes customer house that he had just finished and was closing. We called her and the ball started rolling immediately. I honestly felt like we have been her only clients for the past month or so. She appeared at our house and walked through it with us, giving recommendations and suggestions before listing the house. We took her suggestions for gleaning out some personal items and anything that could cause a prospective buyer to question it. The photographer and Kimsley came, spent less than 45 minutes getting photos and the listing looked amazing. We did not ask to change a thing on it. She had experienced recommendations for when to "go live" with the listing, based on market trends. The sale of our home could not have been any easier, thanks to Kimsley.
