My Family and I were eager to find a place as soon as possible,and Kip made our 1st home purchase a breeze, from being pre qualified to closing and getting the keys in under 65 days! Kip knew what we were looking for and didn't waste our time! We may have been a little difficult, with my wife a stay at home mom, and myself traveling out of state for work, but Kip stayed professional and was awesome! He helped us tremendously though the negotiation process and my family and I were able to come out ahead! Huge shout out to Kip and Century 21 my family and I appreciate everything and thank you for the house warming gift!
