Working with Kira Kelly was a great experience. She had a good knowledge of the area market, and was very helpful in making recommendations of some local services I could use to fix things in the home before the sale. She was also supportive of taking care of some things at the home I was restricted from doing because of my residence in another town. She was excellent at explaining the various nuances of how the sale would work, and how to weigh the various offers that came in. She had no problem taking phone calls on weekends or during off business hours. After working on our sale for some time, I will miss the activity of negotiaing the offers and her efforts to get the best deal, in her very personable way!
