She made every effort to meet on-site to provide entry at a moment's notice, and she was always early to every scheduled meeting. She patiently explained the HOA and escrow process before and throughout escrow closing. Before I selected a property to bid on, I felt Kitty showed great loyalty, calling me and encouraging me to get over to LWV if something in my price range popped up on the market. She's a great representative for Century 21.
