Koni Bridges of CENTURY 21 Bessette Flavin

As you can see in the other boxes for comments, I left blank. I gave Koni a perfect score because she is worth it, so I made no other comments on any of the other pages. And I wanted to save this comment for last. My home burnt up on March 19th this year. I chose Koni because when I called and spoke with her the first time with no recommendation from anyone she was quick at helping me find a home. She showed me several houses, she treated me like I was her only client and very punctual, which is very important these days. If she is being nominated for awards I would give them all to her. THANKS AGAIN KONI

It's our first sale of a property, so we haven't had much experience to compare this sale to, however, I will say it again, we are grateful and thankful the good Lord has placed Miss Koni Bridges in our lives. It was a challenge with all the delays due to the buyers requests and the home upgrades we had to make from out of state. We highly trusted her choice and recommendation of contractors and materials. I don't think we could have done this with any other realtor. Miss Koni was very key in keeping us informed with the updates from the buyers requests and the completion of the requests to the handling of delays in closing due to the buyers lender. We were tested, not sure if the buyer was going to come through because of the lender. We are glad Miss Koni Bridges was there to put things in perspective and help us stay calm. She explained to us that the buyers lender was creating the delays in closing and that the problem was not between the realtor or the buyers delaying the process. We were out of the state and Miss Koni Bridges had to handle a lot of things first hand with the help of neighbors of ours. We highly recommend Miss Koni Bridges, she laid out an excellent and understandable plan, made key recommendations that allowed us to increase the value and sale of our home by repairing or replacing items that would easily drive down the appeal and asking price of the property. We had repainted the walls and had the front door refinished.We had the tile work replaced and in the end it looked so beautiful that we wanted to move back into our old home! Miss Koni Bridges connected us to a lawn service to keep the yard liking sharp. SHe went above and beyond.

I chose Century 21 Bessette Realty, Inc. simply because that is where Koni works and I wanted to deal with her because I know she is honest and trustworthy. I have known Koni for many years and I know her to be honest, trustworthy that she puts 100% into everything she does. She helped my son in his home purchase and I knew he was in good hands. Koni was helpful in every aspect of our transaction. Even though it was just a land purchase and not a home, Koni took the time to explain everything and to make sure we were taken care of.

Koni is a true professional. She's very knowledgeable and strives to make your real estate experience a good one. I would definitely recommend Koni as a realtor for any of my friends/family. She's a gem!

Koni is a very professional Christian lady that makes the process of buying a home simple. She understands the steps of the buying process and explains some of the confusing parts to make it easy. I would recommend Koni to anyone looking to buy a home.
