Koni is the best. I've used many agents over the years and she gets you the information you need the quickest. I like that she can do most things online.

I have no other comments except knowing the honest and dedication for excellent professional work ethics Koni is the only one on the top of my list if I were to be in need of such service again. She is my only recommendation for such service. I found Koni Bridges to be most straight forward, honest, truthful, pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to listen to my wishes and take what action was necessary to arrive a satisfactory conclusion.

Koni was very professional and very nice. She was very accommodating in our requests. We weren't looking for a house to buy, but our daughter bought the one at 908 McCall and she mentioned the one across the street. At first, we had no interest in it, but the more we thought about it, we got interested. We have a home in Lebleu Settlement, but decided we wanted to be closer to our daughter. The house was perfect. A few minor repairs needed, but nothing extreme. We especially liked the big yard!

As you can see in the other boxes for comments, I left blank. I gave Koni a perfect score because she is worth it, so I made no other comments on any of the other pages. And I wanted to save this comment for last. My home burnt up on March 19th this year. I chose Koni because when I called and spoke with her the first time with no recommendation from anyone she was quick at helping me find a home. She showed me several houses, she treated me like I was her only client and very punctual, which is very important these days. If she is being nominated for awards I would give them all to her. It's our first sale of a property, so we haven't had much experience to compare this sale to, however, I will say it again, we are grateful and thankful the good Lord has placed Miss Koni Bridges in our lives. It was a challenge with all the delays due to the buyers requests and the home upgrades we had to make from out of state. We highly trusted her choice and recommendation of contractors and materials. I don't think we could have done this with any other realtor. Miss Koni was very key in keeping us informed with the updates from the buyers requests and the completion of the requests to the handling of delays in closing due to the buyers lender. We were tested, not sure if the buyer was going to come through because of the lender. We are glad Miss Koni Bridges was there to put things in perspective and help us stay calm. She explained to us that the buyers lender was creating the delays in closing and that the problem was not between the realtor or the buyers delaying the process. We were out of the state and Miss Koni Bridges had to handle a lot of things first hand with the help of neighbors of ours. We highly recommend Miss Koni Bridges, she laid out an excellent and understandable plan, made key recommendations that allowed us to increase the value and sale of our home by repairing or replacing items that would easily drive down the appeal and asking price of the property. We had repainted the walls and had the front door refinished.We had the tile work replaced and in the end it looked so beautiful that we wanted to move back into our old home! Miss Koni Bridges connected us to a lawn service to keep the yard liking sharp. SHe went above and beyond.
