Kris' personality and our relationship worked well together to complete this deal to our and the sellers' satisfaction. We had easy negotiations and the contract fell into place perfectly. She is very personable and easy to approach. Kris is also blessed with a good sense of humor and even will laugh at corny jokes. My wife and I were glad we had her available when issues and problems came up. She was willing to help resolve them even though they were not her fault. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in need of a realtor.
