We have bought and sold many homes over the last 35 years and I can't think of a better, more trustworthy and competent real estate agent to work with. As a Buyer's Agent, Kris Johnson was dedicated to pursue the special needs we had yet staying within our determined price point and focused neighborhood priorities. When a property's condition became an issue, she was able to use her expertise to offer suggestions on possible risk and cost factors for us to consider. Kris Johnson has a strong moral compass and has earned our respect, an attribute we not only admire but seek in retaining the services of a real estate agent. When complications arise, she is adept at offering amiable solutions, but is able to walk away from a deal if it necessary to do so.

She was fun and excited to go tour houses with us. She is professional and got everything taken care of from printing off documents for me to recommendations to movers!! I could not have asked for anything else, she did a fantastic job through the entire processs!!!

Seller reviewIt was a no-brainer to choose Kris. She had been the agent of several mutual friends of ours and we knew she was knowledgeable and an experienced agent. Kris priced our house perfectly and we ended up selling for above asking price! She made everything about the sale of our house easy! She got back to us quickly and thought of follow-up items before we thought of them. She guided us while still letting us make ultimate decisions. I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything went smoothly as it possibly could!

Buyer reviewKris helped my husband and I find our first home. She worked with us every weekend or weekday we asked like we were her only clients. At times I found the whole house hunt a bit overwhelming with finding the right house, but Kris was there to erase my fears with so much positivity and understanding! When we would look at a house she would point out aspects we would not have even noticed and give us her honest opinion which made me feel like we were not rushed into picking anything that wasn't perfect for us. I am very grateful for all her help!
