Buyer reviewWorking with Kris and Josh was exactly what I would have hoped and better for a first time home buying experience. When we first met they walked us through the end-to-end home buying experience, and answered all of our questions. They helped us set realistic goals for a first home and were there every step of the way, with patience for every repeated question and encouragement for every time we got discouraged by the market conditions. We were able to find the home of our dreams because Josh and Kris knew our vision so well that when a listing came on the market the day before we had a tour scheduled at a different home they knew our wants well enough to add the last-minute listing. We walked in and knew it was the home for us. I would recommend any new home buyer work with Kris and Josh. They are consumate professionals, who know and love their industry. They are also so kind and attentive. Throughout the entire process I never doubted they were giving us the best advice and making our options, risks and rewards clear to us.

She was able to put my mind at ease throughout the process and always answered my questions - even the ones I seemed to ask over and over. She made the process so much better than I could have imagined and she was able to sell my home for what I wanted and in the perfect timeframe. 10/10 would recommend working with her!

Buyer reviewWe were buying in a difficult and "strange" market. We are also had multiple check boxes for the property we wanted to buy. Kris patiently navigated through offers on multiple properties before we finally succeeded on a property that checked all the boxes. We could not have succeeded in this crazy market without her patience and calm assurance that we would find the right house, and we did, and we're really glad it's over. :) Kris will definitely be the best asset to bring along if you have to jump into the madness of the current seller's market.

Although it was a seller's market, she still provided valuable feedback and guidance that assisted us in make the right decisions. Kris has a winning personality, strong character, and most of all was willing to snicker at my dad jokes.

Buyer reviewDue to Covid, our house took over a year to build. Kris went above and beyond to keep us informed of our progress. Kris Johnson helped us with every detail including a last minute change in financing! We did it all from Washington State which required much more work on Kris's part. We would recommend her again and again.
