Buyer reviewAs first time homebuyers, I didn't know what to expect when my husband and I first decided to start looking for a home. My sister had previously worked with Kris, looking for her own house, and recommended her. Kris was friendly and easy going, and gave me a number to text so I could communicate with her easily. She was encouraging when I felt overwhelmed or worried about finding a house, and learned our interests quickly, making herself better able to spot houses that suited us. When we did find a house, she offered suggestions, provided guidance, and kept us calm against 2 other offers, to get our offer accepted. She also provided references for services we might need in the future, people she has worked with and trusts. I loved working with Kris Riley and I recommend her knowledge and expertise wholeheartedly.

Seller reviewkris was one of the best sales agent that Ive ever had and this is my third house that I sold. She went beyond what was expected from a sales person helping me from afar. I was in NY and she in Virginia but she made the whole thing go smoothly and got the correct people involved to help this be a very smooth transaction. Plus she was very pleasant to work with and made you feel like a friend from the start. I would definitely recommend Kris to any one either buying or selling a house.
