Kris Stratman was absouletly amazing to work with. We were not prepared to purchase a house and reached out to Kris via email on a Sunday night. Plain and simple, Kris is awesome at what he does! Whether it was guiding me in setting fair and marketable prices, communicating offers, advising on counter-offers, helping with the decision making process, Kris is always professional and very easy to work with. Currently working with him on another sale and definitely plan to work with him again in the future.

Requested him to not sugar coat it and he did just that which made our conversations easy. I believe he can accommodate different levels of daminors to reflect the different personalities of customers.
