I knew Kris had familiarity with this area and put together the best strategy to win in a multiple offer situation. Very attentive to his customers needs it was like I knew him for years. Would not contact another broker and even discussed future transactions. Kris made the road trip to this property with me on a moments notice. The process was always presented one step at a time and very comprehensive. Paperwork was timely and easy to complete digitally. Everyone involved were polite and helpful In the process!
