Seller reviewKristen Butts is the go to realtor!! If you want your house sold then choose her! She is very understanding about your needs and the needs of your family. Her knowledge of how the market is is outstanding. We used Kristen Butts based upon the recommendation of a previous home inspector who had worked with her for years, he had nothing but high praise for her so we knew we wanted her and he had used her before also. She is kind, very outgoing and keeps you in the loop with everything, you don't have to go hunt her down to find out information about what is happening, she is always on top of everything. We had already moved out of state before our closing and Kristen and Pat McVane handled everything up in CT so that we didn't even have to fly back for the closing. If I could gift Kristen with chickens from TN I would give her 10 clucks!!
