Kristen was very patient with us through what turned out to be an unexpectedly long process from our initial introductions to finally putting the house on the market. She offered expert advice for how to prepare the house and where to position it. Although we didn't always agree with her recommendations, she remained professional and just as attentive as always, and we truly appreciated that she would listen and understand things from our perspective. When we sold the house, Kristen's industry knowledge and experience set us at ease through what could have been challenging times for folks not well-versed in real estate transactions. From the early stages of making recommendations on what minor repairs/upgrades we should to do before listing, helping us stage our home to present in the best way possible, all the way to handling multiple offers and explaining each to us in a way that made sense. I can't imagine a more perfect selling process than what Kristen provided and we will never use anyone else for our (or our friends & families) real estate needs for as long as she is in the industry.
