She introduced us when we were interested in some properties, and kind of tossing around the idea of looking and selling. Kristen has been nothing short of amazing each time we spoke, met, and when working on the sell of our home! She was very professional, but it felt like working with a friend which is so refreshing! She is super informative, explains it to where you understand and know exactly what is going on, and helps you to feel confident throughout the entire process! We had dealings with three other realitors in this area before Kristen. (They all flaked out) Kristen listened to needs and wants and hit a home run. She stayed positive and hung in threw thick and then. It was a difficult transaction, no fault of her own. We were an out of state sight unseen purchase, she had been our eyes ears before, during and after the transaction. This is our third housing purchase Kristen has been our favorite realitor of all. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market she meets all challenges head on and succeeds above standards.
