She provided sound advice, suggested a great home inspector, and communicated well with the loan officer we chose. The sellers requested an aggressively early closing date and she made sure we had everything in order before that day. This was our first home buying experience and we learned a ton while working with her. I was looking for an investment property and had a very specific set of criteria that I was looking for. We looked at a number of houses over a six month period before finally finding the perfect one. Kristen was as quick to respond and set up the showings on month 6 as she was on day one. She has a great knowledge of the area and was always a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be using her again when I start looking for my next home.
