Buyer reviewKristi was referred to me. I did not previously know her. She would point out things that I had no knowledge in, ex cracks in the foundation, I did take 14 months to find a house and I know that is a long time. I believe we looked at over 50 houses. She would even call me when she found a house before I did to ask me if I wanted to go look at it. She knew my price range and was ok with what I wanted to pay for a house. I appreciate everything she has done for me, even explaining the same things to me a couple of times! I would recommend her anyday!

I appreciated her knowledge and expertise in everything from deciding on a listing price to negotiating the sale. She was patient and took the time to explain thinkgs to me when I needed clarification. I appreciated her enthusiasm and commitment to getting the best deal for my house. I would use her again and will be recommending her to friends.
