Seller reviewKristi is very proactive and aggressive when it comes to selling your house. She is very knowledgeable on how to market your home. I felt comfortable leaving my home on the market with Kristi when we relocated across the country to Arizona. In no time did we get an offer and Kristi took care of our home and the process of the sale in our absence. She was awesome! Would highly recommend her to others in a heartbeat.

Buyer reviewKristy never stopped looking for my perfect home- sending out mailings, networking & did everything short of knocking on doors (although I suspect she knocked on a few :) ). She was extremely patient as I struggled to find a home in a measly five block radius out of the entire city of Myrtle Beach. When I finally found the home that I wanted to make an offer on she was able to negotiate on my behalf for a better price. Unfortunately, the process after that was long & painful but Kristy ensured that there was open communication & that my concerns were being addressed. When it was finally time to close she was able to further negotiate on my behalf based upon a home inspection & leaving funds in escrow for my protection. I am truly grateful that Kristy was with me every step of the way throughout this process. Whether it was first thing in the morning or late at night she always answered my messages & promptly addressed the issues or sent them to the appropriate parties. Any prospective clients would be lucky to have someone as hard working & dedicated as she is! Thanks Kristy!!!
