The thought of being first time home buyers was a little scary, but Kristi never skipped a beat and made the whole experience awesome. No hiccups or misdirection during the process. For both the purchase of our new home and sale of our existing home, Kristi went above and beyond our expectations. She always made us feel like we were her top priority, responded quickly to emails/texts/phone calls, and we felt like she "had our back" throughout the entire process. Dealing with a relocation company for the purchase of our new home proved challenging with extra paperwork and hoops to jump through. Kristi kept us informed of the ever changing relocation company demands and helped maintain our sanity through the anxiety that went along with it! We can't recommend her highly enough.

i would have to say that Kristi Van Unnik., conducted herself in a most professional manner. She constantly kept me informed as she stated she would even to the point of meeting me, as i was driving back home form being out of town, in Alvarado in a snow / ice storm. she preformed the duties that I felt a Realtor should and always in a timely manner. i can honestly state that from day one i always felt comfortable with her understanding of the business of selling homes, we did have some trying moments but i honestly felt that if Kristi could not handle the issues that we had come up that no one could. I believe she represents herself s a confident, knowledgeable and a professional real estate agent. Kristi was many times, as i told her, the only professional in the room. I visited with two other agents before I selected Kristi Van Unnik, i would like to express my earnest thank you to CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company for producing an agent of the quality of Kristi. i did not know Kristi prior to selling this property but i can tell you this. when i get ready to buy my next home she will be the first person i call. i really don't know how she put up with the buyers agent during this transaction she impressed me,you should ask her about this person! I can confidently tell you that i will do my best to steer people i know towards Kristi Van Unnik and CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company when they are looking to purchase property and homes. i understand some of the reasons that Kristi is good at what she does, she mentioned to me several times the she has received a comprehensive, on going education while she has been at CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company and it is quite evident. Thank you Bob Eickelman in my opinion she was very good but i hesitate to say excellent on these items for fear that you may not take my ratings seriously, But except for not getting the selling price i would have liked to have received, but i realize most people think their home is worth more than what it is in reality, i must say she really did a good job for me and she did tell me that due to her studying my neighborhood that i may not get quite as much as i would like to get. But she got very close to what i wanted.
