Seller reviewIf I were to sell another piece of property I would definitely hire Kristine Jukuri and Century 21 again. She is hard working and responds to questions ASAP. she does an excellent job of comparing similar homes in the area and helps us come up with a selling price. I would recommend Kristine to my family and friends who are thinking of selling their homes.

Buyer reviewDeciding to sell was a huge step to me after having lived in the same house for 40 years. I needed someone patient,honest and knowledgeable. As soon as I spoke to Kristine Jukuri Weidner ,I knew she was the right person for the job. I spoke with a friend who had listed a home under another agency. She hardly heard a thing from her agent--and her home did not sell. Kristine was in touch with me at least weekly and sometimes several times a week as I was not only selling my home but looking to buy a home as well. I live in an area where some homes have been for sale for years. Mine sold in 8 months plus I was able to find and buy a house under the guidance of Kristine Jukuri Weidner --- a happy customer-yes. Do i believe in Kristine Jukuri Weidner as experienced, dedicated and knowledgeable -YES! Kristine was always on top of things.I had no idea of how complicated a house sale can be. She was always a step ahead. I felt so confident that i was in good hands. I have been recommending the Agency to friends. I feel this is the agency to use if one is serious about selling or buying. I highly recommend Kristine Jukuri Weidner-she gets the job done!

Seller reviewOur overall experience in dealing with Kristine Jukuri Weidner was excellent.She was highly organized,easy to communicate with, and clearly explained and answered any question we had. She was able to walk through our house,photograph each room and have the house on the market,complete with outdoor signage,the next day. All in all, a positive experience- our house sold in 20 days. We have, and will continue, to highly recommend Kristine Jukuri Weidner.
