With more than 19 years of client relationship, business development and contracts experience, Kristy Matthai Dosberg is the REALTOR® for you. After spending years selling services and products to large and small companies in the D.C. Metro area, Kristy decided to marry her passion for real estate with her well-refined marketing and negotiating skills in 2011. Seller reviewKristy is so full of energy. You can tell that she truly loves what she is doing. She has complete knowledge about the ins and out of the real estate business. She was truly a pleasure to work with. She made us feel like we were her only client. Kristy's constant communication with us was exceptional. She made sure the closing companies were doing what they were supposed to and made sure they had all the necessary documents to close. We were doing three transactions at once and Kristy stayed on top of each one. There is truly not enough good things I can say about Kristy. I wish I had something else to sell so I could use her again.

Seller reviewKristy is awesome! She guided us through the home sale process with experience and aptitude. She made things happen – and quickly! Prior to the listing she patiently answered all of our questions, provided valuable insight on a recommended list price, helped us find a lawyer to create an agreement between multiple homeowners, and offered a few easy but brilliant suggestions to increase curb appeal that we had not considered. When the listing went live, we had multiple offers the first day! Kristy then provided expert guidance on how to best manage the offers to end up with the most desirable contract. She communicated with the buyers' agents professionally and represented our interests. Under contract, she continued to provide practical support including calling contractors to take care of the contingencies agreed-upon in the contract and giving advice on last-minute issues. When closing came, everything went smoothly.
