Buyer reviewI will never be able to say enough good things about Krystal. My husband and I were first time home buyers and knew absolutely nothing about how buying a home worked, or what to expect. Not only was Krystal knowledgeable about the process, but she literally held my hand during the entire thing and was basically on call 24/7 for any of my questions or concerns (of which there were many). She was always up to go see a home with us, give her honest feedback on things, or just listen to me vent. She ensured everything was filled out correctly and timely, and I don't know how we would have gotten through the process without her. Krystal went above and beyond, and did it with a smile and without ever making me feel like a question was dumb or not worth her time. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling, but especially first time buyers.
