I currently reside out of state and that made it hard for me to take care of a lot of things with the house. However Kumiko went above and beyond and helped me coordinate repairs and maintenance. I would highly recommend Kumiko. Kumiko was available at all times. My work schedule was all over the place and she was very accommodating and answeee all my phone calls and text messages quickly. She even answered questions for me during her vacation. She is very dedicated and listened to all of my concerns and provided excellent feedback/recommendations. If I were to buy or sell more property in Arizona, I would not hesitate to use Kumiko. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family in Arizona.
