Buyer reviewKumiko was very friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the transaction of our home purchase. Since this was a short sale property and we lived out-of-state, it required additional attention in dealing with the long process and attention to a number of unforeseen details.. Kumiko kept us informed throughout the process by giving us detailed weekly updates and following up with personal phone calls. When the sellers bank finally approved the short sale, the term of the initial property appraisal had practically ran out and we only had some 14 days to prepare the financing papers. This is a process that normally takes some 45 days to complete. Through Kumiko's contacts and personal initiative, she was able to put us in contact with a local mortgage broker that was supportive in helping us gather all the necessary documents prepared in time to meet the deadline. We will always remain thankful to Kumiko for her hard work, commitment, and diligence in making this purchase a reality. She was and is the ultimate professional.
