As soon as we selected Kyle could be our agent in purchasing a home he got started right away. We received a list of perspective homes in the area from Stephanie based off the requirements we gave Kyle. He showed us multiple houses and then got our offer in quick when we selected a home. He was even able to negotiate a price lower than the asking price for us! I was preapproved for a loan and when I showed Kyle the terms he got me in touch with another lender and was able to get me an even better rate. That lender was awesome tthrough the process too, a great recommendation by Kyle. There were challenges along the way with the person selling their house and getting repairs that were required after the inspection done. Kyle nature that everything was done to our satisfaction and really held the other realtor and the previous owner accountable for what they promised in the agreement. He made several trips to the home when it was being repaired to make sure the projects were completed on time and the house was delivered to us in a satisfactory condition. His knowledge of the area and the whole sales process was outstanding and I can't recommend him enough if you were looking to purchase or sell a home. Kyle was on vacation with his family when my dream home came up for sale and I was worried I would lose it. Without hesitation and delay he closed the whole deal for me and got me into my first home while he was on VACATION. I'll always be grateful for that it was amazing, Thank You!
