Kym has over 28 years of real estate experience with Century 21 Bono Realty. Specializing in both Residential & Commercial Real Estate. Born and raised in Southwest Louisiana she always knew her purpose was to help others achieve their goals.
She began working in sales at her family's business at the early age of 10 years old. By 15 years old, she waitressed while earning her LPN degree. She graduated at 19 years old and worked in pediatrics & the NICU with critical babies. Kym knew she wanted to continue helping others!
In 1996, Kym's career as a realtor began and she quickly realized her calling! Her love and passion for Real Estate continued to grow. Kym is devoted to helping her clients with all of their real estate needs; selling or purchasing homes, land, businesses, investment properties, and more. Her experience ranges from developing subdivisions to assisting builders with new construction floorplans, styles and color schemes!

Seller reviewKym was a dynamic agent. On the same day I contacted her, she came to my home and videotaped my home to put it in her advertising. She was the most knowledgeable agent I've dealt with! I was buying a home in another town and the difference in agents was startling. I never had to check paperwork before signing, because Kym did that for me and made sure things worked to my advantage UNLIKE my dealings with the agent I was buying a home from in Shreveport. Kym is the best in her field! Kym guided us through every step of the process. She reviewed aspects of the sale before hand and ALWAYS did things to my advantage. Can't imagine buying or selling a home with anyone else. She is hands down the MOST knowledgeable agent in the city. Kym's assistant was just as energetic as Kym. Kym was more knowledgeable though.

We decided to sell two of our rental properties and the neighbor gave her kudos for the good job she had done. We listed the properties with Kym and she had offers on both sites in two days. Kym handled EVERY aspect of the sale. My wife and I had no worries about the mechanics of the sale process because Kym was on top of everything.
