I had initially tried using another agent in a different agency and it was very disheartening especially in the current market. Lana worked hard to get me into look at houses as soon as they would be available and made sure that if something did become available I knew about it. As a first time homebuyer I feel like they tried to make the process as easy possible to get through and understand.
