Seller review"I couldn't ask for a better listing agent than Landen Miller. He was spot on with realistic numbers on what our house was worth and the amount of money I would take home from the sale. The listing presentation was well put together and professional. The pictures of the house turned out so well that I wish I could keep the place! There were multiple offers the first few days of listing the house. Landen explained the pros and cons of each offer and was very knowledgeable on the different loan products in each one. He walked me through the process effortlessly and everything went as smooth as I could hope for. He is very trustworthy, respectful, experienced, & a joy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!"

Buyer reviewAfter speaking with Landen, you can tell how professional he is and that he truly knows this business. I completely trusted Landen in this endeavor. At every stage I felt I could talk with him, he never seemed frustrated (even though I am sure he was with us!) He made things very clear and answered any questions we had in depth. With some realtors its all about their commission and throughout the entire process he showed his integrity that it really was about the customer and not his commission. Landen did everything to get the best property for us and for the price that we wanted. He helped us do our due diligence and check that the house we chose was safe and up to standards before we closed. If something wasn't right he helped us figure out the best of the situation. Buying a house can be exhausting and time consuming. Not to mention frustrating. While all of this did happen, if it wasn't for Landen, I don't know if we would have ever finished the process and bought a house. So thank you!!
