Buyer reviewChoosing Lani Cappellini was the best decision we made as potential buyers in an insanely hot seller's market. I've never worked with an agent who fought so hard for her clients. She was always responsive, no matter the time or day. There were times when a new listing would pop up at 8 PM, and by 11 AM the following day, she was already walking us through the house. My wife and I genuinely believe that if it weren't for Lani's perseverance and her connections in the area (i.e., attorneys, inspectors, etc.), we would not have been able to close on our future home. From the bottom of our hearts, our family truly thanks her for all the work she has done for us.
