When the buyer presented a contract, Larry called me immediately and described the proposal in detail. I fully understood all aspects to the contract before I signed it. I knew exactly what to expect at the closing and what was required of me. Prompt communication is very important and Larry is quick. He also monitored the process after the contract was signed to ensure the buyer's paperwork/loan was accurate so there were no last minute problems. My overall experience with Larry Moore was perfect. He is knowledgeable, he immediately answered all my questions and explained all processes to me. He is always available by phone, text or email. I am very satisfied with Larry Moore and will recommend him to other buyers and sellers.
