We live out of town and could always depend on Larry to handle everything! He kept a check on the property and handled numerous repairs, etc. that came up when we were not in town. I cannot say enough about Mr. Simons, he truly enjoys his work and is a people person!! Larry sold us a home then sold the same home two years later with the same enthusiasm!
