Originally from Houston, Texas, I moved to Lake Charles in 1988. I began selling real estate in 1993 and was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award. I knew then that I had found my calling. I am dedicated to finding the perfect home for my clients and tenacious in that pursuit. If representing a seller, I am involved from the make-ready process through closing with an eye for detail and making sure all properties are marketed with professionalism. I specialize in residential real estate with an emphasis on high end homes, however every buyer and seller are the same to me and my reward is providing true customer service throughout the transaction no matter what price point. ?Always Available? is my motto.

Buyer reviewLarry goes above and beyond for his clients, his attention to detail is truly mind boggling. You feel like you have a friend by your side through the whole process. The bonus is that you gain a friend for life through the experience. After losing our home in the catastrophe that was the 2020 hurricane season, Larry gave us hope and a light at the end of an unimaginable tunnel. Larry is so successful in what he does not because of the beautiful homes that he lists but because of the attention, commitment and GRIT that he puts into each client relationship!. There is no one else in SWLA that I would entrust with my future home buying or selling needs then Larry and Karla. Karla is amazing! She truly keeps the train rolling and is an integral component of all the whole process. Larry is so fortunate to have her by his side. Their brotherly sisterly love and banter make the whole process more fun and less stressful.
