Larry Turner of CENTURY 21 Bessette Flavin

We have used Larry Turner several times when selling our properties. Our son also used Larry to sell his house. Larry is very easy and friendly to work with. He always has good suggestions as to what would help to sell the properties as quickly as possible. He is always accessible to us day or night, if we have any questions or concerns If any problems may arise in working with potential buyers, Larry always has good ideas to make the situation work for both sides. He goes over and beyond to make a happy conclusion to the buying/selling process. We have always been glad we had Larry working for and with us! We couldn't have been more pleased with the way Larry Turner communicated with our family during this process. There are 4 heirs that were involved with the sale of our mother's house. Larry met with all 4 heirs several times to make sure no one had any questions or concerns. Everyone was pleased with the way Larry handled any situations that came up and was successfully able to bring them to a conclusion. Larry was always accessible by phone/text at any time of day or night to answer any questions or concerns. He listened respectfully and professionally to all concerns the four heirs had. Larry was able to bring the sale of our mother's house to a satisfying and quick conclusion. We will definitely use Larry again if we have a property to sell. We will also tell our friends that may be needing an agent about how much we appreciated working with Larry. As we have already said several times, we feel that we received exceptional service from Larry Turner and his associates at Century 21/Bessette. We have used him before for other properties, our son has used him for the sale of his house in Lake Charles, and if we need to sell/buy another property, we will definitely call him again. We would not think of using anyone else except Larry to handle our property needs.

Larry was fantastic when we purchased our first home as well as when we sold it. He's extremely knowledgeable of Lake Charles, especially the downtown area and was a joy to work with.

We interviewed several top agents before we decided to list our house for the second time. The first time, we went with an agent, who let us decide the price for the house and it never sold. When we interviewed Larry Turner, he immediately told us that the price we had the house for the first time around was too high and offered the correct price now. Although we didn't want to hear what he said, he asked us if we wanted to sell or not. Because if we wanted to sell, we had to get right on the price. And he was correct; the house did sell. He has always been an honest shooter with us; that's the kind of friendship we have had through the years and that is to be appreciated.

I would recommend Larry Turner first because he has a great sense of humor and that soothes me during hectic situations . . . which buying and selling your home can easily become. He has been through it, seen it happen, and lived to tell the story and wear the t-shirt. So, nothing catches him off-guard. And that's a great characteristic in a realtor. Because your average consumer has no idea of all the little details that go along with selling/buying a home. We don't know about a sewer inspection or which mortgage company we should use, or how long things should take to get done. There is nothing he does not know when it comes to real estate. I have known him since he came to Lake Charles many years ago and he is the same person he was back then. Down to earth, never meets a stranger, patient, understanding, and really, really helpful. I love that about him. I have worked with other top realtors in this town and they are good; they are. But Larry gives you the whole package. He is not just a lister and he is not just a seller. He is both and he is genuinely interested in finding you the right fit . . . not just selling another property. You want to see a property on a Thursday night, he will take you. Or maybe Sunday works better for you, well he can do that too. He is always available.

Working with Larry Turner was definitely a daily. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
