I would recommend Larry Turner first because he has a great sense of humor and that soothes me during hectic situations . . . which buying and selling your home can easily become. He has been through it, seen it happen, and lived to tell the story and wear the t-shirt. So, nothing catches him off-guard. And that's a great characteristic in a realtor. Because your average consumer has no idea of all the little details that go along with selling/buying a home. We don't know about a sewer inspection or which mortgage company we should use, or how long things should take to get done. There is nothing he does not know when it comes to real estate. I have known him since he came to Lake Charles many years ago and he is the same person he was back then. Down to earth, never meets a stranger, patient, understanding, and really, really helpful. I love that about him. I have worked with other top realtors in this town and they are good; they are. But Larry gives you the whole package. He is not just a lister and he is not just a seller. He is both and he is genuinely interested in finding you the right fit . . . not just selling another property. You want to see a property on a Thursday night, he will take you. Or maybe Sunday works better for you, well he can do that too. He is always available.
