Originally from Houston, Texas, I moved to Lake Charles in 1988. I began selling real estate in 1993 and was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award. I knew then that I had found my calling. I am dedicated to finding the perfect home for my clients and tenacious in that pursuit. If representing a seller, I am involved from the make-ready process through closing with an eye for detail and making sure all properties are marketed with professionalism. I specialize in residential real estate with an emphasis on high end homes, however every buyer and seller are the same to me and my reward is providing true customer service throughout the transaction no matter what price point. ?Always Available? is my motto.

Larry has always worked diligently and tirelessly to sell properties for me and my husband in the past, even though some of those listings were a challenge. Larry made me feel that he was dedicated to helping me find exactly what I needed in my search for a new home. He made me feel like I was a priority and he always had my best interests at heart. He was very patient with me and very understanding of my needs. His knowledge of the market is impressive and, although, he was always professional, he was also very friendly and personable. His extensive knowledge of the people and places in the area is remarkable. I never felt like he was compromising his integrity for the sake of a sale or a listing. Larry Turner is the only realtor I would very consider using or recommending.

Buyer reviewI was not planning on buying a home at age 70, however after meeting with Larry and Greg I realized this was the right move. Never once did I not trust their guidance through the process. Not paying rent anymore gives me homeownership and something I can give back to my Son and family. Best place to live , Charpentier Place in historic downtown Lake Charles Louisiana.
