Originally from Houston, Texas, I moved to Lake Charles in 1988. I began selling real estate in 1993 and was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award. I knew then that I had found my calling. I am dedicated to finding the perfect home for my clients and tenacious in that pursuit. If representing a seller, I am involved from the make-ready process through closing with an eye for detail and making sure all properties are marketed with professionalism. I specialize in residential real estate with an emphasis on high end homes, however every buyer and seller are the same to me and my reward is providing true customer service throughout the transaction no matter what price point. ?Always Available? is my motto.

Seller reviewLarry Turner is, by far, the hardest working real estate agent I've ever had the good fortune to know. He's sold two properties for us in the last couple of years. Before Larry had these listings, we had tried for years to sell these properties through other realtors, with no luck. Larry never gives up on a listing.

Buyer reviewWe had been working with another agent for almost a year. She got a new job and was re-locating to another state so she highly recommended Larry Turner. I received notification by e-mail on a Wednesday regarding this home coming on the market. I scheduled a viewing for the next afternoon. Larry had had two root canals on the day we scheduled to view the home and he had to step in to represent us. He showed up anyway. My husband told him we could have re-scheduled but Larry recognized the speed at which this quality home would be snatched up so he kept the appointment with us. I think this was one of the keys in successfully bidding on this home. I had never experienced Docusign before in a real estate transaction. Larry kept us on track with timing and signing the proper documents to meet deadlines.
