Originally from Houston, Texas, I moved to Lake Charles in 1988. I began selling real estate in 1993 and was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award. I knew then that I had found my calling. I am dedicated to finding the perfect home for my clients and tenacious in that pursuit. If representing a seller, I am involved from the make-ready process through closing with an eye for detail and making sure all properties are marketed with professionalism. I specialize in residential real estate with an emphasis on high end homes, however every buyer and seller are the same to me and my reward is providing true customer service throughout the transaction no matter what price point. ?Always Available? is my motto.

Seller reviewWe really appreciate that Larry's actions made it clear that he was committed to my wife and I to represent us as the sellers of the property. He negotiated with our interests in mind but helped us compromise at the right time to keep the sale moving along. I believe it would be easy for the seller's agent to push the seller into compromising the small stuff in the buyer's favor to just get the sale done. Larry took the harder route and negotiated every proposal from the seller. Very much appreciated that he made us feel like he was ensuring we had the best financial outcome with the sale but also made us feel comfortable about the process of this difficult sale. My wife and I have not been involved in very many real estate transactions and were not confident going into the process of selling our house. Larry and team walked us throught the process with their competency, experience and great attitudes. Very much appreciated and worth every bit of the commission.
