Originally from Houston, Texas, I moved to Lake Charles in 1988. I began selling real estate in 1993 and was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award. I knew then that I had found my calling. I am dedicated to finding the perfect home for my clients and tenacious in that pursuit. If representing a seller, I am involved from the make-ready process through closing with an eye for detail and making sure all properties are marketed with professionalism. I specialize in residential real estate with an emphasis on high end homes, however every buyer and seller are the same to me and my reward is providing true customer service throughout the transaction no matter what price point. ?Always Available? is my motto.

He was very professional, efficient, approachable, and he helped us to keep holding on to hope when we were seeing homes and experiencing bidding wars. Although as buyers, we did not pay his commission, I believe he is worth every cent. He has really earned a stellar reputation for himself and is connected in ways that are very helpful to his clients. When we were under contract, he knew of really excellent contractors (a mason, an inspector, roofer, etc) who we could ask questions to and get quotes from when trying to negotiate during the due diligence period. Karla, his assistant, was top notch. I know Larry is extremely busy due to the volume of business he generates, and Karla was always at hand to help us get answers we needed. She is very personable, professional, and kind. I would totally trust Larry Turner with any future purchases (although we hope we are in our "forever home" at this point)!
