I do not sell houses…I help your family find a HOME! Since I began my Real Estate career in 2002 that has been my moto.
I grew up in Central Michigan, married and raised four incredible children and now have a granddaughter. When my family was young I was a stay at home mom and ran my own Child Care business. I have always been drawn to the Real Estate business. In 2002 I was able to pursue that dream of being able to work with families to help them reach the American Dream of Home Ownership.
In 2011 my husband and I relocated to Fort Mill/Tega Cay, South Carolina. I have to say, South Carolina is truly an amazing place to call HOME! We absolutely love it here! Because we are located in the Lake Wylie area and only a few hours from the NC mountains and the SC shore, living here allows us to enjoy boating, golfing, snowboarding, campfires, trips to the ocean and fun times together as a family. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to live.
I am 100% dedicated to my Real Estate career! I take GREAT pride in working with my clients, listening to their wants and needs for the perfect home for them! I remember being a first time buyer and how stressful it was and such a scary step. I take pride in making first time buyers feel comfortable and explain every step of the process giving them the knowledge and understanding of the home buying process. As a military mom, I recognize the hardships our Service Men, Women, and families face every day. I continue to strive to ensure a successful home buying or selling experience. I treat EVERY client with loyalty and honesty from the day we meet and throughout the entire process. As a Buyers Specialist, I am known to have incredible negotiating skills. I am ALWAYS determined to do my BEST for an enjoyable and stress free transaction. As a Sellers Specialist I have a great understanding of what the buyers of today are looking for, therefore I can guide my seller clients with successful marketing strategies ending in successful sells! In 2010 and 2015 I was awarded the Century 21 Quality Service (QSS) award and in 2016 was awarded the Pinnacle QSS award based solely on feedback from clients that I served. I cherish the relationships that Real Estate has allowed me to make.
Real Estate is a true passion of mine and I look forward to continued success here in the Carolinas.

She went out of her way to help us build our house from long distance. We could not have done it without her. Again, Laura was our eyes and ears, she sent us pictures of the home in progress, she mailed us carpet samples, she attended both walk throughs. We love her commitment to her job, she is delightful. Our Pulte sales person was a real dud, not helpful at all, Laura saved the day thru out our 9 months of building our house, she answered all our questions, and interfaced with Sun City. Can't say enough positive about her . We would recommend her to any and all customers. We love her. She was always helpful, cheerful, and we felt perfectly safe if her. She was always on top of our issues and concerns, we promptly returned calls, she was very knowledgeable and was a great advocate for us through out our home building and buying experience. I hope to never move again but if we do, Laura will be the first person we call!
