My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Santa Barbara real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Buyer reviewOver the years I've dealt with many brokers, some better than others. None, however, has come close to providing the calibre of service that Laura Raudenbush provided. It was more than the fact that she was extremely professional. She consistently went far beyond what one expects even in a very good realtor. Our needs were complicated by the fact that all aspects of the transaction were done remotely, as we live in Hawaii. Despite this, our purchase went as smoothly as would have been the case were we living locally. I would recommend her without reservation, and have already done so.

Seller reviewLaura Raudenbush was there for my family. My Dad passed away in April, it was his wish to have his home sold as part of our inheritance. Knowing this I asked Laura for her advice as to do this as quickly and stress free for the family. She prepared the comps and was ready for me to go over and together we determined the price. The house sold in a matter of days. In my experience of selling/buying homes with and without Laura this sale was by far the best. Laura was with the family many times to make sure we were ok, to make sure our needs were met to ease us through. I would highly recommend to anyone Laura's expert service. And if the need ever arises again, she is the only one I would seek out.l
