Buyer reviewThe sale was fraught with the failure of the septic tank and the timeline to get it in working order. This had nothing to due with the actual sale except that until completion of the septic system the sale could not be finalized. Laura was exceptional in her ability to stay on top of the working orders and timeline for bids and construction. She was diligent and focused. 1993 Pine Cone Drive would not be in my name without the relentless efforts and loyaty of Laura Shulenberger.
