Real estate has always been my passion! Since 1986, I have proudly practiced as a licensed Realtor with Century 21 in Howell, MI. My unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service to my clients motivates me to continue expanding my knowledge beyond the required education. In addition to my extensive experience, I have acquired several designations, including MCNE, SRES, PSA, MRP, CNE, SRS, and PSA, demonstrating my expertise in various aspects of real estate sales, such as relocation, single-family residences (SFR), vacant properties (VAC), commercial (COM), multi-family (MF), and both REO and private owner transactions. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed marketing and sales of REO/USDA Chase properties since 2002, and I have been involved in REO sales since 2006. I am honored to have received multiple Century 21 Quality Service Awards, including the prestigious Pinnacle Award for consecutive years, highlighting my unwavering dedication to providing exceptional service. In addition to my real estate accomplishments, I actively contribute to the real estate community. Since 2006, I have served as a Governor for Realcomp MLS and I'm currently an active member of Professional Standards, the Livingston Association of Realtors, and Move in Michigan committees. Seller reviewLaura performed in an outstanding manner in the sale of this property. She was most notably helpful in the preparation phase of the sale; approximately four months of rehabilitation work on the upper floor, great room and a completely refurbished kitchen (totally gutted and replaced). She helped manage the various contractors involved directly, or gave me points of contact for me to call. Her knowledge of the current market enabled us to decide the best color scheme for the house.This house spent about 2-3 times in preparation as compared to 'on the market', and Laura was instrumental in ensuring that when we collaboratively agreed it was ready for market, it received good reviews from people looking, in addition to selling quickly. Laura and her team were also able to correct last minute deficiencies as noted by the inspectors and appraisers. These deficiencies were all extremely minor, a testament to Laura and the contractors she utilizes. As we were out of state sellers, Laura successfully worked with minimal direction and kept us informed of the status of the rehab work and the sale. The house was not a typical sale, as it was more country than city or suburban and Laura did a fantastic job of finding comparable houses and helping to decide on a realistic price. We were able to trust her judgement.
